The objective of setting up the "The Hong Kong Construction Sector 5.12 Reconstruction Joint Conference" (the Joint Conference) is to consolidate the efforts of the professionals in the Government and the construction sector so as to provide more efficient support to the hard hit areas, whether in terms of financial assistance, materials, equipment supplies or expert knowledge.
